Power & House Rules
The things worth knowing before you book
Bring a generator for your event power
Any additional power for your event — large DJ and sound, event lighting, or other equipment — must run on your own generator. It cannot be connected to the farmhouse electrical system, which is rated for the farmhouse's own amenities only.
- Catering and décor are the client's responsibility unless taken from us.
- Statutory permissions — loudspeaker / DJ licence, and a liquor licence if alcohol is served — are the client's responsibility.
- No nailing, drilling or structural changes anywhere on the property.
- Cooking and open flame only in the designated setup area behind the farmhouse.
- The property is handed back in the condition it was received.

Everything hosts ask us
Venue hire is ₹1,00,000 + taxes per day for the whole farmhouse — all amenities, our staff and the farmhouse power backup included. Rooms are optional and priced separately, room-only: ₹6,000 + taxes per night for a large bedroom (triple occupancy) and ₹4,000 + taxes per night for a compact bedroom. If you bring your own caterer or your own decorator, each carries a ₹20,000 + taxes gate pass.
